Chad A. Klosky
Chad A. Klosky practices in the areas of first and third party property.
Mr. Klosky received a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. He received his J.D. from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where he was a member of the Pro Bono Honor Program, one of the 71 out of 303 students to receive this recognition. Mr. Klosky is a member of the Florida Bar, with advanced certification in Research for West Law. He is also a member of the American Bar Association, including memberships in the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and Insurance Coverage Committee; as well as a member of the Dade County Bar Association, including a membership in the Pro Bono & Community Service Committee.
Mr. Klosky began his career in the private practice arena in the areas of Securities & Financial Litigation and Professional Liability Litigation. He has also practiced in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Insurance Defense, Products Liability, Employment Law, Landlord-Tenant, Condo and HOA Law, Real Estate Litigation, First-Party Property Loss Insurance Litigation, and Homeowners’ Insurance & Bad Faith Claims.
Mr. Klosky is actively involved with Jewish Community Services, serving as Committee Chair of the Young Leadership Committee.
