Peter D. Rubinton

Peter D. Rubinton heads Rubinton & Laufer, PA’s New York offi ce. Peter D. Rubinton received a B.A. from the University of Vermont, in Burlington. He received his J.D. from the St. John’s University School of Law, in Jamaica, New York.

Mr. Rubinton was admitted to the New York Bar in 1961. He has also been admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association (and is a past President), the Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association, and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Rubinton has been engaged in the general practice of law for 31 years in Suffolk County (New York), with experience in all phases of the law, including real estate law. In this capacity, he has represented builders, lending institutions, and title insurance companies. He is also experienced in matrimonial law and civil trials.
