Sarah Camp Weber
Sarah Camp Weber practices in the areas of first party, third party, and subrogation insurance litigation, as well as personal injury protection.
Ms. Weber received a B.S. degree in Psychology from Tennessee Tech University, where she graduated magna cum laude. She then received a M.A. in Clinical Psychology from East Tennessee State University. She received her J.D from the Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2007.
While attending law school, Ms. Weber completed many internships and clerkships, including: the Suffolk County (New York) District Attorney’s Offi ce, the Domestic Violence Courtroom Advocates Project at the Hofstra School of Law, the North Carolina Department of Social Services Legal Department, at the fi rm of Silverstein, Awad & Miklos, and finally at the Political Asylum Clinic in New York City.
Prior to joining Rubinton & Laufer, Ms. Weber was an Assistant Public Defender at the Broward County Public Defender’s Offi ce and, most recently, was a Litigation Associate at the firm of Buckner, Shifrin, Rice & Etter in Miami. In that capacity she focused on insurance defense, personal injury protection, and personal injury cases.
